General Laborers perform a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations across job sites, warehouses, or facilities. This role involves manual labor, equipment handling, site cleanup, and assisting skilled workers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople and supervisors with job site duties
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Transport materials and equipment to designated locations
- Perform basic maintenance, repairs, or assembly tasks
- Report hazards, damaged equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Adapt to changing tasks and work environments as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior general labor, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (or more, depending on role)
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
