We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to assist with worksite maintenance and cleanup. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the construction site remains safe, organized, and clear of debris to support ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Maintenance: Clear debris, trash, and hazardous materials from the worksite.
- Cleaning: Perform janitorial services including window cleaning (may involve above-ground level work) and general site tidying.
- Material Handling: Move and organize construction materials as directed by the manager.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Support: Assist skilled tradespeople and site supervisors with various manual tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and construction environments.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Previous experience in construction or janitorial services is a plus but not required.
