Starting Pay: $17.00 / hour

Day 1 Support: We conduct "walkouts," hand-delivering you to the facility to ensure a smooth start.
Safety First: We make sure you have the required PPE and formal safety training during onboarding to ensure you return home healthy.
Local Presence: We conduct weekly site visits and "Bump Calls" to stay connected with you and the shop supervisors.
What You’ll Do
Assembly & Production: Construct wooden roof and floor trusses according to structural blueprints and layouts.
Equipment Operation: Safely utilize specialized equipment, including pneumatic nail guns, industrial staple guns, component saws, and truss pressing plates.
Material Handling: Stage, stack, and secure completed trusses for transport while keeping a clean and organized work area.
Accountability: Maintain weekly communication with your TA Specialist regarding your schedule and pay.

Requirements
Must be willing to work in St. George and surrounding areas (within 40 miles of our branch).
Ability to handle physical labor, lift heavy lumber, and stand for long periods in a production shop environment.
Basic math and tape-measuring skills are highly preferred.
